request - coordinate with MSCONFIG

I would like it if we could use JV16 to be interactive with the msConfig utility, for start-up items.

a) Have JV16 list the disabled items in the msConfig startup list (which are stored in the registry), so that selected ones could be deleted.

b)Have JV16 put an entry into the registry in the msConfig section, which would show which items have been disabled in JV16.
