syncopator ..... and asks me to close it. It does this when no browser is open. How do I convince it?
jv16 By making sure IExplorer.exe nor Firefox.exe isn't running, you can do this with the Task Manager.

That's usually the case, but sometime the browser's executable remain running on the background even when you thought you had closed it. This is most likely some kind of error stage of the browser.
