There's a problem with One Click Cleaner.

I have set it up to empty some directories and subdirs such as D:\XX\Temp and subdirs and D:\Temporary Internet-files and subdirs, but I have noticed it doesn't do that job (NEVER).

It's true I have to change previously the properties of the directory Temporary Internet-files from "read-only" to NOT read-only.

But even then the directory is not emptied :

Conclusion: seems that the One Click Cleaner doesn't do it's job as it should :?

I wonder if other users have similar problems with One Click Cleaner...

Is it a bug?

What's needed is an option to only find/delete temp files that are at least n Hours old. If you set it for 24 hours, then any files it finds/deletes should be closed by then.

So you're saying that OCC or Windows should come back with something like "OCC could not remove x because y."

Makes sense . . . :)

Agreed ... in any case there should be at least a message!

That said ... I have tried two times now and OCC has done it's job now ...

I mean the one I reported not been done ...

The indicated directories and subdirs are emptied now :
