When you minimize a PT results window, the window's message box stays where it was and can not be moved.
Sometimes, the message box covers the very small minimized window and any other PT minimized windows there may be. The results window can not be seen again unless you close the covering message box, which may contain information you really want to keep visible for a while.
You can make a minimized tool window pop in front of the message box by clicking the appropriate main window icon.
