I think jv16 takes a "better safe than sorry" approach when it comes to Reg Cleaning.
Lots of reg cleaners find more than jv16PT, but how many of us have used them and had problems afterwards? I know I have. That's why I paid money for jv16PT instead of using one of the many freeware solutions. jv16PT has been around for a long time and has a pretty good record of safety.
That's not to say that the Wise Reg Cleaner's findings aren't valid, I don't know. But I do know that the algorithm that jv16PT 2007 uses would rather let an invalid key slip by than to delete it and cause problems.
