V1.7.0.404 Registry Cleaner deleting Search Keys on Vista

Am using Vista Home Premium and jv16 V1.7.0.404

The keys shown below are improperly detected by the Registry Cleaner. If removed, the Gatherer and Search encounter errors on reboot and the Search Index has to be rebuilt.

"HistoryHashMapFile"="C:\\ProgramData\\Microsoft\\Search\\Data\\Applications\\Windows\\Projects\\SystemIndex\\SystemIndex.Hash.gthr"

"DocIdMapFile"="C:\\ProgramData\\Microsoft\\Search\\Data\\Applications\\Windows\\Projects\\SystemIndex\\SystemIndex.Idm.gthr"

Here are a few of the Gatherer errors that occurs as found in the Event Viewer.

The gatherer is unable to read the registry DocIdMapFile.

Context: Application, SystemIndex Catalog

Details:

The system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002)

The gatherer object cannot be initialized.

Context: Windows Application, SystemIndex Catalog

Details:

The registry value cannot be read because the configuration is invalid. Recreate the content index configuration by removing the content index. (0x80040d03)

The application cannot be initialized.

Context: Windows Application

Details:

The registry value cannot be read because the configuration is invalid. Recreate the content index configuration by removing the content index. (0x80040d03)
