new install does not run

I just installed trial version and nothing happens when opening program, however it is in the task manager list.

Did you uninstall the previous version first before you installed this?

I had something like what you have but that fixed it.

I always deletes the older version when updating to the new one.No problems yet. :)

I'm having the same problem. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program multiple times after the last update, but its still not opening.
