Bug In Start UP Manager

In my PT2007, that info is kept in the subdirectory C:\Program Files\jv16 PowerTools\Backups\_StartupManager .
If PT2006 did it the same way, you would need to copy that subdirectory from the PT2006 Backups directory (if you still have it).

Well, I suppose that is because PT does not keep the information in the same place as Windows Defender ...
My C:\Program Files\jv16 PowerTools\Backups\_StartupManager\MainIndex.dat looks like this for three disabled items which do show as disabled in the Startup Manager window:
