YES!.. There is JOY in the house!
FWIW, I installed 422 two different ways. I first just did an overwrite, installing 422 over 394 and it worked like a champ. I then restored my machine from an image backup, uninstalled 394 and installed 422 from scratch and it too worked like a champ.
