Since most people probably installed jv16 power tools over the 2006 version it should be easy for mace craft to create a key in the next update which will enable or disable the cookie cleaner. I have partly gotten there with another program, which still listed the cookie cleaner and allowed me to enable it, so that it at least works when I restart my pc. It's just a little tweak. I know you can do one better.
