Upon opening it the first time, I get the popup dialog shown below?
When I click OK it goes away and all seems fine.
Anyone else see this?
BTW, there is NO pirated software on my PC.
Thanks.

The error message is shown only if signs of software piracy are found. For example, if you have something like Keygen.exe or crack.exe sitting at your desktop you'll see the error message.

Wrong. Think again...
Uninstalled jv16PT2007 and it went away.
Removed all files that your uninstaller fails to remove, and registry keys. Reinstalled jv16PT2007. Now it finally works -- and the message no longer appears.
So it is your installation, if it is installed over existing version. That's it.
BTW, Counterspy 2 looks after my PC for such programs.
