Just a word of praise: Downloaded jc16 Power Tools 2007 trial version, used Registry Cleaner and Registry Finder - worked like wonder. (Can't even be mentioned with Registry Mechanic on the same day!) After 'uninstalling' Nero (didn't work for me and has the worst technical support in the whole word), jc16 found about 300 NERO registry entries. Also, I had Ashampoo in the past (my mistake!) and it couldn't even remove itself (had to use System Restore and Add/Remove Programs to get rid of it. Now jc16 found and removed all renmants.
And a question: When I open the jc16, I don't see the Uninstall tool. (I am going to purchase the tool in the next couple of days: will the uninstall come with the purchase?)
