No more Language menu in final version ...!

Hello,

In RC3 Language menu was present, even with only English.

So, could this be a bug or is it just by design with only one language installed?

This is by design, if there are no translations available there are also no Language menu present.

Could you please verify that in RC3 the menu was there even if no translations were present? I'm just running the RC3 on my computer and there's no language menu in there either.

As far as I remember the change to not to show the language menu if no translations are present was made in quite early stage of the PT 2007 development, not for the final version.

Well, the Language menu was, for me, present, as there were two language files in the folder - "English.lng" and "X_English.lng".

Both were created by the installation.

By deleting the X-English file, the menu didn't appear again.

Quote from the announcement page

"The highly improved multilingual user interface allows the software to be used in all major languages."

To me this implies that the product supports a lot of languages, out-of-the-box.
