Registry Cleaner

After using Registry Cleaner, and either Fix or Remove the items, and then rerun Registry Cleaner, it finds exactly the same items. In other words, even though the program "confirms" that the items were removed, they immediately show up again when I run the scan again.

I am using jv15 Power Tools 2006, on a Vista system.

Any ideas?
