Useless Registry Entry

I'm using RegSupreme 1.4.0.46 and every time I do an aggressive scan, it picks up a bunch of 'useless registry entry' which I duly fixed. I do a rescan and the same thing comes up. What's wrong?

Do the items in question start with the prefix "HRZR_" (in the Entry column)?
