When I click the "x" in the window frame to close the main application window, it closes promptly but another window opens offscreen and the application button on the taskbar will not respond to any context menu options. It will hang like this for anywhere from 1-5 minutes and the only way to get rid of it is to kill the process. I have tried uninstalling and then running CCleaner to remove any entries left behind from JV16, but when I reinstall it happens just as before.
Can anyone tell me what the application is doing spawning a window offscreen at this point and why it is taking so bloody long to close down?
