Remove button in Registry Cleaner not available

First use (when computer is first turned on):

After selecting items and then highlighting the items, the remove button functions properly. If I then select other items, the remove button is grayed out. This happens even if I exit the entire suite.

The only fix is to reboot the machine.

I am running W2K SP4, NIS2006.

Is this a bug?
