From the PT2006 main window, click File-->Settings-->Preference saving. Then check the top box and one of the other two.

You can even create multiple named ignore lists if you use the "Saved preferences" feature in the Registry Cleaner tool window.

Or, you can simply use Right-Click items from the Registry Cleaner's results and select Never show again.

I tried right clicking on several items and was not able to bring up an option to "use Right-Click items from the Registry Cleaner's results and select Never show again".

I have a RC simulator which gets disabled when I do a registry clean. I would like to find a way to create an ignore list so that registry cleaner skips or excludes items I don't want removed (items I know are save i.e. program files).

An example of what I am asking for help with would be the spyware cleaner Ad-Aware, using this software you can select items for it to ignore.

This seems like a good thing as no software can be expected to perfectly discern all lines of code according to the all users preference.

You must tick the boxes next to the items you wish to select, then use the Right click menu.
