All of our products work under Vista if run with Administrator rights (i.e. start the program by Right-Click > Run as administrator, simply logging in as the admin does not work).
There are some reports that the programs are unable to remove entries under Vista even if ran with admin rights. In such cases you should try the latest jv16 PowerTools 2007 beta, it has an improved support for Vista.
