I am using RegSuprime on a XP Pro computer. It is the best cleaner I have used but it has developed a very anoying fault. Whilst scanning a window opens which reads:


"There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive\Device\Harddisk4\DR14"


I cannot cancell or close this window until after RegSupreme has finnished scanning and I have closed the program down. I would like to know how I can stop this window opening and the cause.

Please make sure you are running the latest version of the product.


The RegSupreme 1.0-1.2 had a bug that caused this on certain system configurations, the problem should, however, be now fixed with the RegSupreme 1.3.

I have just downloaded and installed over the top of the older version the new 1.3 version of RegSupriime as suggested by you. I have scanned 3 x without problems.
