Now I DL'd Pro v but what do I do?

I just DLd the full program. I have some messages that pop into my screen for some time now that are bygging me and do not have enough guts to go into the Regitry.

Am running a Pentium 4 with XP Pro.

I DLd jv6 Power Tools and went to HELP, saw the HANDBOOK submenu and clicked in it. Nothing happened...

Therefore, what should I do to make the Macecraft software automatically inspect the state of my register and automatically fix the problems so those bothersome popping messages from Windows will not pop in my screen anymore?
