Registry Issues with Vista

I downloaded the trial and attempted to have it tell me what was wrong with my registry but it didn't mention any of the issues I currently have. This is the issue:

- I have registry entries with invalid owners. In regedit I can take over ownership (I am in the Administrator's group of my machine (no domain). But I want an automated process to fix these (and would be great if I could figure out why they are failing).

Why does RegSupreme ignore invalid ownership chains?
