Can't Remove RegSupreme Pro

I would appreciate some help from anyone who can provide it. The short version of the problem is that I can't seem to completely remove the free trial version of RegSupreme Pro from my computer. I have done everything I can think of and there are still two files in the Program Files folder that will not let me remove them. When I try, I get an error message that I must check to see if the disc is full or write-protected or if it is in use. Obviously the first part doesn't apply, and I am definitely not using it either. I have also tried to just re-download and install it, but it won't let me do that either. Any ideas, anyone???

What are the names of those two files you cannot remove?

I am having the problem of completely removing a trial version of RegSupremePro. When I uninstall it and try and reinstall I get the message, "RegSupreme Pro uninstall complete. Some elements could not be removed. Thes can be removed manually". When I go to the directory where RegSupremePro was installed the RegSupremePro.exe file is still there. When I try and delete this file manually I get the message "Cannot delete RegSupreme: Access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and the file is not currently in use". I know none of these are try, so the only way I can delete it is to reboot my machine, rename the file and then delete it. However, when I try to reinstall another copy and run it I get the message "Your trial period has now ended. Please visit http://www.macecraft.com if you wish to purchase a license and continue to use this product. Other people in my group who are evaluating this product have been able to uninstall and reinstall this program without these issues.

Please use the Windows Task Manager to verify the RegSupreme Pro isn't running on the background and then try to delete the file again.

And please, next time do not send me a private message AND post the exactly same message to the forums, it's not very nice to have to answer to the same question twice.

I know exactly the problem. I have been on the same God-forbidden ways, trying to unistall and reinstall a third free trial periode. I solved my problem, praying to god for forgiveness and I got it after having paid the bill.

I just give you a tip after reboot, you manually remove RegSupreme Pro. Exe, then you pay and reinstall.
