jfg I did a registry scan and chose to backup items that were to be fixed/removed. My first questions is where are these items stored on my computer? My second question is can I delete these removed items? Thank you.

The PT Backup tool is the best way to examine the backup. When you are certain you no longer need the backup, you can use the tool to delete it.
