I am considering jv16 PowerTools 2006 to find and fix registery errors relating to TurboCad computor aided drawing tool. Each updated requires unistallation of the previous version and installation of the new. This led to the failure of the most recent version. The manufacturers told me that the registry be cleaned of previous fragments which cause the program to shut down. I have never worked with the registry before!
