For some reason JV16 locked-up. I was unable to access any of the features.
I deleted JV16 and reinstalled it with the .exe file I had saved. I copied the license file over to the JV16 folder. However, the heading indicates that I am using a trial version.
Do I need a new license?
Any help greatly appreciated.
