Downloaded the trial version of jv16 PowerTools 2006 on 07Oct06, installed and used the software for the next 2 or 3 days and was impressed with it.
Tried to launch it today, 21Oct06 and the software hangs. Sometimes only the application button appears in the task bar, other times the application window opens but does not respond. Have included the jv16pt.exe in my anti-virus lists to allow it to run, no improvement. Uninstalled, reinstalled, no change.
OS is WinXP Pro.
Please help.
