I am afraid, but without a Backup, they have gone.
The function to remove from the list is not the "Remove" in the main window, but stays under "More functions".
I hope you have now allready actived, by yourself, the Backup features in "Settings" -> "Backups", to allways do a Backup when removing or modifying.
But, attention, there are a few features which don't make Backups, i.e. "Maintance Tools", so it will be also good to read the handbook before trying something new.
