RegSupreme restore backup after uninstall?

Hi, I did a reg cleaning with regSupreme V1.3 on Win XP home. everything looked good for a few days. :

Then did an uninstall and found out a few days later that there were problems with what was removed from the Reg.

Is my backup gone? And am I screwed?

Yes I know the answer. No backups left. Thanks for all the help.
