I uninstalled my registered version of RegSupreme Pro v1.2. Then I copied my license.xbil file (recently emailed to me from Macecraft) to the desktop. Then I downloaded & installed RegSupremePro v1.4. However, when I run v1.4, it says I have 30 days to register the program.

I thought(?) v1.4 was a free upgrade for us registered v1.2 users and that, if my license.xbin file was on the desktop, v1.4 install would see it. What have I missed?

What happens when you copy your license.xbin file to the directory where you installed RegSupreme Pro 1.4?

Anybody know how long it should take for me to receive my license via email. I ordered RegSupreme Pro last night but still have not received my license. I checked the order status and it says they sent me my license. I clicked on resend license twice but still no license. The email address is correct and I also checked my spam folder just in case but no luck.

Please give us another e-mail address, our system has already sent you four licenses but you don't seem to be able to receive them. You can PM me.
