I have Windows XP Svc Pack 2 with a "security monitor" running that tells me what my level of protection is. Before I installed the whole nine yards,. I was at a protection level of 75%. Now, after the installation, my protection level has dropped to 37% !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The security monitor is telling me that I have no virus protection on this computer - and I'm getting a little worried. I followed the installation instructions by the letter and everything installed correctly. Should I be asking for my money back that I paid for this "TRIAL VERSION?"
