I have used RegSupreme for quite a number of years now, and for the first time I have a real problem. I saw the update of 1.4. 046 and downloaded it and installed it. When it ran, it found several thousand errors which I removed - I thought, wow this is really searching for stuff. And yes, I did use aggresive - which I have always done in 1.3

Then, I happend to notice that it recommended not installing over previous version. So, I untinstalled the whole thing, reinstalled - just to be safe - including the removal of the RegSupreme folder.

Today, I tried to send an e-mail using Thunderbird, it suddenly asked for my password, no problem, and then again, and again.... you get the picture. I tried to restore my system, but nothing has changed. I cannot restore from the backup because when I removed 1.4 to reinstall it - it obviously removed the back up files. There you have it. How can I get my e-mail back? (actually my password to "take")

Thanks for any help.

Well, that MRU scan includes among other things those UserAssist HRZR entries ...

Unfortunately I can't help you to get your email back, unless reinstalling your email program could do it :

PS: don't forget to backup your emails first (if possible).
