When I start jv16 Power Tools 2006 in Win2K Pro, SP4, the tab shows up in the taskbar on the bottom of the screen, but the window that contains all the tools does not appear. when I right click on the tab in the taskbar and select close, I get the message "This program cannot be closed. If it is being debugged. please resume it or close the debugger first."
When I try to use Task manager, It tells me that I don't have the authority to close it. Then I try to reboot, and end up having to press the reset button to shut the computer down, the next time it boots up, jv16 works, but if I clean the registry, and reboot the computer it's likely not to work again.
I'm using AVG Free, Zone Alarm Pro, and counter Spy
