At the moment, all of our products contain the same registry cleaner engine, the one of the jv16 PowerTools 2005.
There can be many reasons why the products show a slightly different number of found items. For example, the jv16 PowerTools 2005 contains the update feature which automatically updates the cleaner engine, the RegSupreme and RegSupreme Pro don't have this feature, thus these products don't always have the same version of everything included.
This, by the way, is changed in the future. The update feature will be included also to the RegSupreme products.
I don't quite understand why there has been so much discussion about this matter. All different products, such as anti-virus products, disk defragmenters or registry cleaners, give more or less different results, that's just the way it is.
