Enhancement:
The find file dialog should be a larger screen with "most" of the common options on a single tab. Right now, it involves too much jumping from tab to tab to add a few items to do a basic search.
New:
I would love to see you add a "Services" component. I realize it's not that hard to go into Contorl Panel and view the services and manage them from there, but this is what I was thinking:
1) the services window lists all services, with hotlink columns on each, so you can change property settings right there on the line (auto, manual, disabled, start, stop, etc.).
2) for each item, there is a context menu for information and MORE information (like elsewhere in PowerTools), that lets you search the web for more specific detailed information about a particular service in case it's value is unclear.
3) (and my favorite) ... some canned configuration settings for services, ranging from full-featured, to slimmest OS. What I mean by that is that some people may want every possible service running so they have access to everything. Some people may want every service running except for those which are security risks. Some people may want to know which services are required, and hich are optional. One setting might turn off all services which are not required (for fsatest bootup and performance.) Obviously to use these slimmer settings, the user needs to know what they are doing, and needs to be able to turn services back on as needed if they find that some programs aren't loading. It would also be nice, once you have tweaked your services the way you want, to be able to "Save" that template.
I figure this isn't any more advanced than people poking around in the aggresive mode of the registry cleaner and making decisions bsaed on the result, and it would be very nice.

One other thing I have not yet seen anyone create a really good simple version of (and it probably is not appropriate for your tools) is a good web browser bookmark organizer tool. The best I ever saw was the NeoPlanet browser, which let you define a few channels in a toolbar, then just drag websites you like to a master channel (which would open up the child toolbar with various categories), then drop it in the appropriate child toolbar. Alas, NeoPlanet was eaten up when some software merger or other occurred.
