RS Vrs RS Pro

I am new to both the software and this forum, so my question may be an old one. Sorry if that is the case.

I have just downloaded and installed trial versions of both: RegSupreme and RegSupreme Pro. When Running the registry cleaner in the two applications in normal mode, I find that RegSupreme Pro found 84 problems, while RegSupreme found over 6000. Can anyone explain this for me.

Which versions of RegSupreme and RegSupreme Pro you are using?

The versions are as follows:

RegSupreme..........File version: 1.4.0.40, Product version: 1.2

RegSupreme Pro....File version: 1.2.0.38, Product version: 1.0.0.0

The RegSupreme 1.4 contains the new registry cleaning engine of jv16 PowerTools 2006, while the RegSupreme Pro still contains the older engine of PT 2005. That explains the huge difference in the results.

The RS 1.4 you are currently using is still at beta testing, the official version should be out by this week. A similar update to RegSupreme Pro will also be released shortly.
