Product "Registry Booster" claiming to be superior

Hi!

This product "Registry Booster" is claiming to be the Panacea of registry maintenance. I was a little shocked when I read their comparison with JV16 but I don't know which version of JV16 are they comparing to.

Is this comparison fair? Anyone with comments about this?

That so called comparison is just nonsense, just look at the second row for example. It says jv16 PowerTools doesn't have a Multi-Language GUI. In reality, all versions of the product have always had a multi-lingual GUI (and always will have).

The list contains dozens of other errors as well.

I mean really, it doesn't require one to be a rocket scientist to figure out jv16 PowerTools has a multi-lingual GUI. If they didn't even get that right, how correct can you assume the rest of the comparison be?

I'm writing as a reference of the jv16 PowerTools comparison (http://www.liutilities.com/products/registrybooster/comparisions/jv16powertools/). I'm the main developer of the product in question.

The comparison contains numerous errors and half-truths. As far as I can see, we have three possible solutions for the problem:

1) You remove this so called comparison from your website, or

2) You fix the all the errors in it, or

3) We publish a corrected version of the comparison in our website.

Please let me know which one you prefer. We will select the option 3 if we do not hear from you shortly.

My experience with Uniblue software shows me that they're nothing special. Almost any other piece of software could beat their alternatives anytime of the day. It seems like Uniblue is trying to make some noise to sell the program comparing itself with one of the leaders in this category. I would try it myself, but a 5 MB installation file is a bit too much for my free space right now (I'm in real trouble)

Update: They responded and asked me to provide a list of errors in the comparison. I sent them a detailed list of errors a moment ago.

There should be a tick at least in:

I was suspecting that this was a bad comparison. I don't know what they mean with "Virtual Device Drivers (VxD Section)". Only System Mechanic suppose to have this feature. (Not even their product).

Anyway, I am a happy JV16 costumer long time ago and I am very satisfied with Power Tools 2006.

PowerTools does have an auto start feature (Start with Windows) :).
