History/MRU Cleaner Tool Questions ...
The blue text below is the content of "C:\Program Files\jv16 PowerTools 2006\Settings\HistoryCleaner\OpenSave.dat" -- the questions are:
What is "SubKeys=True" supposed to do?
Perhaps cause a scan for the ListingValue in the SubKeys?
If so, it does not do that.
The History/MRU Cleaner window shows the same thing whether SubKeys is True, False, or deleted.
ShortDescription=Windows Open/Save dialog MRU list
Author=Microsoft
Software=Windows
Category=3

Key=HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ComDlg32\OpenSaveMRU
ListingValue=MRUList
SubKeys=True

The tool appears to support only two MRU registry structures.
1. BaseValue=PrefixNumber, where Prefix1, Prefix2, ... are the entry names of the actual MRU items.
2. Listingvalue=Listname whose value is a string of characters each of which is the entry name of an MRU item in the same key as Listname.
There is no apparent documentation or implementation to access and count other MRU directory structures such as the one for ...\Explorer\UserAssist\...\Count. That structure could be defined by something like EntryPrefix=HRZR_.
