When I attempt to remove an obsolete program from Installed Software, it appears to back up and the entry disappears. However, when I restart the program and check Installed Software, the entry is there, again. This happened on several attempts. Finally, I had to manually remove it using regedit.
Can anyone confirm this on another machine?
