(b). Error Severity Column ONLY has a numeric value (eg 30, or 80) => ERROR
Perhaps it should display the Red indicator used in Structured listing format (or? the old High, Medium, Low, etc)
(1). Raw list format
When I use "Enable Custom Selection of scans," it almost always displays "Only available with full scan." Apparently "full scan" means you used the "Engine settings" tab.
Exception 1: if you do more than 1 "Enable Custom Selection of scans" Registry Cleaner run without closing PT2009 all the way, sometimes the indicators are blank.
Exception 2: if you do more than 1 Registry Cleaner run, and switch between using the "Engine settings" and the "Advanced engine settings" tabs without closing PT2009 all the way, sometimes the indicators contain the colored bars even when using "Enable Custom Selection of scans."
An anomaly: when doing such multiple scans, and closing the Scan Report window after each run, sometimes the Scan Report window gets wider and wider with each successive scan. Eventually it becomes wider than the screen.
See the example here: http://www.macecraft.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?p=17237#p17237
All three of these behaviors are bugs …
When not using the "Advanced engine settings" tab, I've seen "values" like this:
- * 100% with 0 errors
* 63% with 3 errors (all were severity 99)
* 98% with 4 errors (all were severity 1)
* 1% with 66 errors (severity: 11=1, 18=2, 7=32, 30=99)
It seems the "Registry health" here uses the severity number as a weighting factor in calculating the value displayed via the mouse (e.g., 100/100, 63/100, 98/100, 1/100, and so on).
The "Registry Health" from the "Quick system analysis" was 98/100 during the worst case above. It has no correlation with the "Registry health" calculated in the Registry Cleaner (1/100). I think this is not really a bug, but it does cause confusion using the same terms for two different things.

(b). Scan report: The values displayed in all result columns should be Left aligned (Not centered) so as to make long values more easily read.
(c). Scan report: When I reordered the columns this new column position setting was forgotten if jv16 PT shut down & re-started
If You dont shut down jv16PT, then it remembers the new positioning between Registry Cleaner runs, but it is lost if u shut down.
(d). Scan report: Can Not widen the right most column (to the right) so as to be able to read long values.
(e). Scan report: Can Not scroll horizontally (to view long values). Scroll bar missing.
(f). Scan report: Trying to highlight/select any 1 or more of the top most results selects the wrong result(s), &/or there is a delay of 1-2 seconds before highlighting occurs
NB: in my case they were related to the entire Obsolete software entry group, which was listed at the top.
NB: This problem does not seem to occur for lower listed items.
(2). Structured list format
Jouni has said he will try to improve the structured list behavior in RC2. No doubt your suggestions will add to the grist he already has.
Look here and here and here and here.
(3). Registry Cleaner Raw vs Structured results comparisons
Structured List (No Deep scan): 19 Errors (same 19 Errors with Deep Scan)
Raw List: 7 Errors
Why this difference?
(3). Registry Cleaner Raw vs Structured results comparisons
If one were to be shown what the differences are, one would not need to speculate.
(4). Registry Cleaner Raw Listing, jv16 PT 2009 RC1 versus jv16 PT 2008 1.8.0.472
jv16 PT 2008 1.8.0.472: 9 Errors
jv16 PT 2009 RC1: 7 Errors
I checked the errors listed, & the ones listed by 1.8.0.472 are wrong, & none are duplicated...
..so why is 2009 RC1 missing 2 Errors?....
. . .
(4). Registry Cleaner Raw Listing, jv16 PT 2009 RC1 versus jv16 PT 2008 1.8.0.472
The registry scan engines are different. Jouni tends to be conservative with early renditions of a new engine. If you posted descriptions of the items missing, perhaps he could judge whether or not to make a change for RC2 or Release 1 …
