I must have missed the WeTransfer link, sorry about that! I got it now.
We are currently working on fixing the mentioned issue. If you want, you can try this private test build which attempts to fix this issue: https://jv16powertools.com/downloads/private/jv16PT_NG_Build1164.exe - If this build works, you can continue to use it as normal. If it doesn't work, if you could send the Debug Zip file from that build and that would help us to investigate further.
This is a difficult bug to fix because we cannot reproduce it. We have a vast array of test systems, desktops, laptops, old and new, and the issue does not happen in any of our systems. It's difficult to fix something that we cannot see, but we are doing our best.
Currently the time frame is that we are hoping to get the next version released this month. It will include many improvements, better speed, some bug fixes (including this one) and some new features.
