The first time I ran it (jv16 PowerTools Beta) the message said that the system scan took 150 or so seconds to run and it was 56 to 60 percent (ran twice with different results without doing anything or deleting anything) faster than the average scan time of other users around the world. The second time I ran it the message said it was only 18% faster than the average scan time of other users around the world. It's getting worse?
Also the system scan message said
The system scan found 3160 items to fix and clean. It is 265% more than average! Your computer has a lot of errors and junk!
This was the message after running it the 2nd time and the message said the approximately the same thing the first time.
I ran it a 3rd time and it seemed to be getting better. No problems with registry as I had performed a system backup and a system restore point and there are no problems with the registry to report.
I'm not sure why this is happening but it may have a problem with my security suite. I'm running the built in Windows 10 security program, Windows Defender and Norton Security Deluxe. It's important to note that I run many other registry cleaners and have never had a problem deleting files. I use: Eusing Free Registry Cleaner, Revo Uninstaller Pro, Glary Utilities 5, CCleaner v5.52.6967 and jv16 powertools (last edition) and of course jv16 PowerTools Beta. I'm running all the latest editions in all most software.
I also sent you the data file as you requested to support@macecraft.com. I hope that this may have some useful information for you and if I’ve done anything wrong or posted instead of emailed you, I appoligize in advance. I’ve got so much going on and I’ve spent way more time doing this than I was planning on.
