I'm sorry to hear about this problem. Could you tell me the ticket number you are referring to and I will see if it has been answered? What happens sometimes is that user's ticket is answered but they never check back to see the reply.

*Sigh*. One. More. Time. There is NO ticket number. I have been asking about this from near Christmas LAST YEAR. I have a half dozen emails, ONE of which was a successful fix of one of TWO pc's that wouldn't suddenly allow for applying a license. You know, what we used to be able to simply download a license.xbin file and copy it to the proper folder. Not anymore, gotta connect to some server or other. My suggestion is to read this ENTIRE thread, I have written ENOUGH and done ENOUGH already. SEVEN MONTHS! JUST MAKE IT SO MY FINAL OF THREE PC'S CAN FREAKING CONNECT TO THE SERVER TO GET MY DAMN LICENSE! I am DONE doing everyone else's job.

Whenever someone sends us an email, it gets picked up by our ticket system, in which our staff writes a reply. Since you don't have a ticket number, it sounds like you have never received the replies sent by our staff. This sometimes happens by spam filtering, either at ISP side or at customer's side. Believe me, it's very frustrating for us too to receive message after message from a customer and not being able to respond as they clearly do not receive our emails.

If you are referring to jv16 PowerTools 2017, have you used the Find My License feature from the program to locate your license? What licenses does it list for you?

I saved my license.xbn file & still do as you mention to activate JV16, works even after a clean install of Windows.

If both pcs are using the same email account/license you could copy the file from the 'working' pc to the unactivated JV16 - unless you've already tried this.

JV16: Freaking argh. All you need to do is read this thread. Don't assume, read. Even recently I wrote that ONE pc was FIXED after RECEIVING AN EMAIL FROM SUPPORT. Just forget it, it's obvious this company has gone by-by, down the tubes, poof.

An updated version of jv16 PowerTools 2017 has been released. The latest version number is 4.1.0.1728.

To get the best experience from our work please install jv16 PowerTools 2017 and make sure that you set it to a new directory (do not install in the same directory as jv16 PowerTools X, jv16 PowerTools 2014 or any earlier versions).
