Two desktop computers both using Windows 10 1607, both 64 bit. Neither computer would show license information using JV16X version 1524. Updated both machines to JV16X version 1534, one machine the license information shows correct while the other still shows that the software is unlicensed. If I revert back to version 1517 the license information shows correctly on both computers.

I would like to get this problem sorted please.

I have submitted a request to have this problem looked at please.

Have you used the very same license details in the software's My Account on both computers? I see no reason why it would work on one and not on the other. Except this, please check connectivity on the computer where the license did not initially activate. Try again - does it work now?

Pleased to report that the license information is finally working on version 1534. Clicking on "Apply my license" fixed the problem. Feel a little red faced in not trying this earlier but as it didn't work in version 1524, I just assumed that it wouldn't work in version 1534.

Don't worry about it. In the end, what matters it the result: now you have the product activated and working as it should.

Make sure you have the latest version. The latest version is 4.0.0.1538 and see if it fixes the problem you have. Report back if it is fixed or not.
