There were more than 1000 empty subfolders in Temp directories.
Directory Finder found and deleted most of them.
However, repeated attempts did not delete the ones in the list below (It did create backups).
The list emptied and there was a "Done" message, but rerunning the tool showed the empty subfolders were still present.
The subfolders could be deleted with Explorer without incident.
