If you used the program to fix the test data then yes, the result is correct. While it sounds like invalid, because it says it both fixed 9 errors but also deleted 9 entries, how could this be correct?
Well, sometimes things get complex, like here. In this case, the error is in the name of the entry and not in the value (an analog to the file system would be that an error exists in the name of the file, not in the actual contents of the file). Therefore, in order to fix the problem, PowerTools first deletes the incorrect entries and then creates new entires with the fixed data as the entry names and the original values as the values. And thus, we have a case of 9 errors being fixed yet also 9 entries was also removed.
