Thanks to 1944 contributions, jv6 PowerTools as Open Source crowdfunding campaign achieved 40.94% of the campaign target – we raised $40,937 USD out of the target of $100,000 USD.
We would like to thank everyone that supported the campaign! It has been a great journey and we know how much you love using jv16 PowerTools 2014 – your feedback is always welcome and we thank you for it.
Regardless of the campaign not reaching the target sum, Macecraft Software has decided to release jv16 PowerTools as free, open source software for everyone to use and benefit from!
The process has already been started, however, there are many steps that need to be taken before the actual open source version release. We are hoping to be able to conclude the process and release the free, open source version of jv16 PowerTools within the next few months.
At the moment, we are still working on sending out all the licenses for jv16 PowerTools 2014 Personal as well as Platinum VIP users to everyone that contributed $10 USD and above and $50 USD and above respectively. If you have not yet received a license, this is probably because we are conducting a complete verification process of all contributions in order to ensure the accuracy and safety of each transaction, making sure that you receive the correct license type according to possible contribution upgrades (some of you decided to upgrade to a higher contribution level during the campaign in order to benefit from a jv16 PowerTools Platinum VIP license).
For any questions or concerns about your license type or media related inquiries about jv16 PowerTools as Open Source feel free to contact crowdfunding macecraft com or media macecraft com.
