Re: jv16 PowerTools 2016 - Beta 4 Released

after a quick run-through of BETA 4, I closed the application and ran the Uninstaller, but got errors about being unable to delete files because they were in use. Re: Restarting after running powertools X

I think it is caused by the Registry Compactor.
On the Clean & Fix my Computer menu switch off (uncheck) the option Registry Compactor!

Re: Different health numbers between PT X and PT 2012

Registry Health and PC Health indicators are set each time you run Clean and Fix My Computer(CFMC). If you fix/delete/ ALL found items the indicators are set to 100%. These indicator values are remembered till the next time CFMC is run. When was the last time you ran PT 2012 CFMC and fixed all found...

PT X b1494 StartUp mgr: Explore does not show correct location

StartupMgr.jpg For the first 3 checked items in C:\Windows\System32\ the 'Explore' function points to 'my Documents' not to the proper location. The last checked item BTTray.exe is located in C:\Program Files\, NOT in C:\Program Files(x86)\ as shown by the StartUp Manager. As a result the 'Explore'...
