Registry Manager -- flaky "Open in RegEdit"

A second "Open in RegEdit" does not work if the first regedit window is still open.

Applies to these tabs: Filetypes, Shell extensions, IE context menu (maybe; I only have one line), Open with menu

All the lines in the Search menu tab go to this key: HKLM\Soft\MSoft\Win\CurVer\Explorer\FindExtensions\Static
