No, only "Skip files larger than 100 MB" and "Skip cross-drive checking" were checked. There were no ignore words. Match crieria was "Identical contents."
It's an amazing program. I haven't seen it miss before.
I just ran a test with Match criteria=99%. DFF said a set of 4 were duplicate as were another set of 8.
Then I copied the files to new subdirectories in the target directory and set the criteria back to identical. DFF couldn't find the firefox bookmark duplicates. Back at 99%, it found a set of 8 and a set of 16.
Do HTML files have some sort of metadata that gets modified by the explorer copy operations???
